Welcome to our Prayer series! This page is your hub for diving deeper into the gift of Prayer.
Below you’ll find resources, recommended readings, and ways to stay connected with this theme.
Prayer isn’t about being better at religious language.
It’s about being with God.
For a lot of us, prayer either feels intimidating, awkward, or disappointing. We don’t know what to say, we’re not sure we’re doing it right, or we feel like nothing happens — so eventually we just stop.
But prayer was never meant to be complicated or impressive. Prayer is simply how we learn to be with Jesus.
In this series, we’re going to slow down and relearn prayer the way Jesus practiced it — not as a religious duty, but as a way of life. We’ll talk about how prayer forms us over time, how it works in ordinary moments, and how the Holy Spirit meets us even when we don’t know what to say.
This isn’t a series about praying longer or harder.
It’s about learning how to have a real conversation with a God who really wants to be with us.
As we practice prayer together, we’re trusting that the Holy Spirit will slowly shape us — not all at once, but over time — into disciples of Jesus who live with greater peace, awareness, and intimacy with God.
And our hope is that we’ll discover that prayer is one of the purest and most powerful ways we apprentice ourselves to Jesus. — learning to live our lives with Him and allowing Him to beautifully form us into His image from the inside out.
